Ingredients

  • Casabe (6 thick slices)
  • Tomato Sauce (450 g)
  • Chorizo (225 g)
  • Turkey Ham (225 g)
  • Sweetcorn (75 g)
  • Green Olives (40 g)
  • Paprika (55 g)
  • Mozzarella (50 g)

Instructions

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200ºC.
  2. Chop the chorizo into medium-sized pieces and slice the paprika into strips.
  3. Take each slice of casabe and spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on top, followed by a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
  4. Top the casabe with the chopped chorizo, turkey ham, sweetcorn, green olives, and sliced paprika.
  5. Place the prepared pizzas in the oven and bake for 7 to 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and enjoy your delicious cassava pizzas!
