Ingredients

  • Beef brisket (2 pieces)
  • Bread (2 rolls)
  • Lettuce (1 leaf)
  • Tomato (1 medium)
  • Ham (100 g)
  • Mozzarella (100 g)
  • Bacon (100 g)
  • Egg (1 large)
  • Onion (1 medium)
  • Pepper (1 medium)

Instructions

Steps

  1. Tenderize the beef brisket by crushing it until it's thin, then cook it on a griddle until browned.
  2. In another pan, fry the bacon, ham, and egg until cooked to your liking.
  3. Slice the bread in half.
  4. Layer the bottom half of the bread with the cooked beef, fried egg, bacon, ham, slices of mozzarella, chopped tomato, and lettuce.
  5. Place the top half of the bread over the fillings and serve immediately.
