Ingredients

  • Flat Rice Noodles (200 g)
  • Vegetable Oil (30 ml)
  • Garlic (3 cloves, chopped)
  • Birds-eye Chillies (3, chopped)
  • Sirloin Steak (225 g)
  • Broccoli (100 g)
  • Basil Leaves (a handful)
  • Soy Sauce (60 ml)
  • Oyster Sauce (60 ml)
  • Fish Sauce (5 ml)
  • Sugar (15 g)

Instructions

Steps

  1. Prepare the flat rice noodles according to package instructions, drain them, and set aside. In a small bowl, mix together all the sauce ingredients and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over high heat. Stir-fry garlic and birds-eye chillies for about 20 seconds until they begin to turn golden. Add sirloin steak and stir-fry for 1 minute until browned. Incorporate broccoli and stir-fry for an additional minute, then add the noodles and sauce mixture. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
  3. Mix in the basil leaves and turn off the heat. Serve immediately to prevent overcooking.
