- Prepare the Batter: In a bowl, combine 200g chickpea flour, 600ml water, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and let the mixture rest for a minimum of 4 hours.
- Bake: Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F). Add 4 tablespoons olive oil to a round baking dish and place it in the oven to heat up.
- Carefully pour the rested batter into the hot dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- Serve: Cut into slices and serve warm, with additional black pepper on top if desired.
