- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Arrange the falafel on a baking sheet.
- Bake the falafel for 8 to 10 minutes until heated through.
- In a bowl, combine tahini, water, lemon juice, minced garlic, and paprika. Whisk until smooth to create the tahini sauce.
- Prepare the pita bread by cutting about 1 inch off the top to form a pocket.
- Fill each pita with 2 falafel and distribute the lettuce, chopped tomato, sliced cucumber, dill pickles, and diced red onion evenly among them.
- Drizzle approximately 1 tablespoon of tahini sauce over the fillings in each pita and add a sprinkle of harissa spice for an extra kick.
