  • Cream Cheese (1 1/4 oz)
  • Sugar (1 1/4 cup)
  • Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon)
  • Strawberries (as needed)
  • Raspberries (as needed)
  • Blackberries (as needed)
  • Flour (as needed)

Instructions

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ºF (200ºC) and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and well-blended.
  3. Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the puff pastry to flatten it.
  4. Cut the pastry into 9 equal squares per sheet.
  5. For each square, make an L-shaped cut on the top right and bottom left corners, about ½ inch (1 cm) from the edges, ensuring they do not meet at the ends.
  6. Fold down the upper right corner towards the bottom inner corner to form a diamond shape.
  7. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of the cream cheese mixture in the center of the diamond, then top with strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
  8. Arrange the completed pastries on the prepared baking sheets.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastries are golden brown and puffed up.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
