Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400ºF (200ºC) and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and well-blended.
- Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the puff pastry to flatten it.
- Cut the pastry into 9 equal squares per sheet.
- For each square, make an L-shaped cut on the top right and bottom left corners, about ½ inch (1 cm) from the edges, ensuring they do not meet at the ends.
- Fold down the upper right corner towards the bottom inner corner to form a diamond shape.
- Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of the cream cheese mixture in the center of the diamond, then top with strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
- Arrange the completed pastries on the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastries are golden brown and puffed up.
