- rice stick noodles (6 oz)
- chicken (1 cup, cooked and sliced)
- Chinese broccoli (4 cups, chopped)
- dark soy sauce (2 tbsp)
- oyster sauce (2 tbsp)
- soy sauce (2 tsp)
- white vinegar (2 tsp)
- sugar (2 tsp)
- water (2 tbsp)
- peanut oil (2 tbsp)
- garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- egg (1)

Steps
- In a small bowl, combine dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, white vinegar, sugar, and water to make the sauce.
- Heat peanut oil in a wok over high heat and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken and Chinese broccoli stems to the wok. Cook until the chicken turns light golden brown.
- Move the chicken to one side of the wok, crack in the egg, and scramble it until cooked. It’s fine if it sticks and chars a bit for added flavor.
- Stir in rice stick noodles, Chinese broccoli leaves, and the prepared sauce. Mix gently until the noodles are well-coated and the leaves are wilted.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
