- Chicken Thighs (8 pieces)
- Onion (3, thinly sliced)
- Paprika (2 teaspoons)
- Lemon (Zest and juice of 1)
- Parsley (1 handful)
- Chicken Stock (150 ml)
- Olive Oil (1 tablespoon)

- Preheat your oven to 190°C (170°C fan) or gas mark 5. In a large, ovenproof dish, combine all the ingredients and mix well using your hands. Don't forget to season.
- Bake the mixture for 45 minutes, stirring the onions after 20 minutes. The chicken should be golden and the onions should be tender when done. Serve alongside rice.
