- Squid (600 g)
- Chorizo (200 g)
- Red Pepper (4)
- Can of chickpeas (2 x 400 g)
- Parsley (1 bunch)
- Red Chilli (1)
- Garlic Clove (2)
- Olive Oil (100 ml)
- Lemon (Juice and zest of 1)

- Char the peppers: Grill the red peppers whole until they are completely charred. Transfer them to a bowl and cover with a plate to steam until cool. Once cool, peel, deseed, and slice them finely.
- Mix the base: In a large bowl, combine the sliced peppers with the drained chickpeas, chopped parsley, diced red chilli, and minced garlic. Set this mixture aside.
- Cook the squid and chorizo: Heat a large frying pan until it's smoking hot. Add a splash of olive oil, then quickly add the squid. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds. Next, add the diced chorizo and continue to cook for another 30 seconds.
- Combine the ingredients: Transfer the squid and chorizo mix into the bowl with the pepper mixture. Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with the juice and zest of the lemon. Toss everything together well, and serve on a platter for everyone to enjoy.
