Ingredients

  • Trout (2 fillets)
  • Ginger (1 knob)
  • Garlic (1 small clove, finely diced)
  • Red Chilli (1 small, finely diced)
  • Lime (Juice and zest of 1)
  • Baby Pak Choi (3)
  • Soy Sauce (2 tablespoons)
  • Water (as needed)

Instructions

Steps

  1. Place the trout fillets next to each other on a large piece of foil. Top them with ginger, garlic, red chilli, and lime zest. Pour the lime juice over the fish and arrange the pak choi around and on top. Drizzle soy sauce over the pak choi, then loosely fold the foil to create a sealed package, leaving space for steam.
  2. Steam the package for 15 minutes. If you don't have a steamer, place it on a heatproof plate above a pan of gently simmering water, cover, and steam.
