  • Raw cacao (1/3 cup)
  • Baking powder (1 tsp)
  • Flax eggs (2)
  • Almond milk (1/2 cup)
  • Vanilla extract (1 tsp)
  • Boiling water (1/2 cup)

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine self-raising flour, cacao, coco sugar, and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, mix together flax eggs, almond milk, vanilla, and boiling water until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until fully blended.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes.
  7. Once baked, allow the cake to cool before decorating with melted vegan chocolate.
