  • Garlic (3 cloves, chopped)
  • Dry sherry (2 tablespoons)
  • Parsley (a handful)

  1. In a large frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic slices and sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.
  2. Add prawns to the pan and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they begin to turn pink.
  3. Pour in the dry sherry and continue cooking for a few more minutes until the prawns are fully cooked. Garnish with a handful of parsley before serving.
