- Cabbage (1/2 head)
- Carrots (2 sliced)
- Plum Tomatoes (1 chopped)

- Spring Onions (4 chopped)
- Thyme (4 sprigs)

- Water (2 tablespoons)
- Olive Oil (2 tablespoons)
- Unsalted Butter (4 tablespoons)
- Kosher Salt (2 teaspoons)
- Black Pepper (1 teaspoon)

- In a large pan, combine all the ingredients: cabbage, carrots, plum tomatoes, onion, garlic, spring onions, thyme, scotch bonnet, water, olive oil, unsalted butter, kosher salt, and black pepper.
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- After 10 minutes, reduce the heat to low and continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes until the cabbage is soft and tender.
- Remove from heat and discard the thyme stalks before serving.
