Ingredients

  • Egg (1 medium)
  • Milk (80 ml)
  • Sugar (15 g)
  • Baking Powder (5 g)
  • Salt (1 g)
  • Vanilla Extract (1 dash)
  • Ground Oats (150 g)
  • Butter (15 g)
  • Sugar Syrup (15 g)
  • Strawberries (3)

Instructions

Steps

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
  2. Allow the batter to rest for about 10 minutes.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with some butter.
  4. Pour a small amount of the batter into the skillet. Wait until bubbles form on the surface before flipping it over with a spatula.
  5. Cook until golden brown on both sides, adjusting the heat as necessary to avoid burning.
  6. Serve warm topped with sugar syrup and fresh strawberries.
