- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Allow the batter to rest for about 10 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with some butter.
- Pour a small amount of the batter into the skillet. Wait until bubbles form on the surface before flipping it over with a spatula.
- Cook until golden brown on both sides, adjusting the heat as necessary to avoid burning.
- Serve warm topped with sugar syrup and fresh strawberries.
