  • Chicken drumsticks (8)
  • Soy sauce (30 ml)
  • Honey (15 ml)
  • Olive oil (15 ml)
  • Tomato puree (5 g)
  • Dijon mustard (15 g)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)

  1. Make three shallow cuts on each chicken drumstick. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, olive oil, tomato puree, and Dijon mustard. Pour this mixture over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Allow it to marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator for deeper flavor.
  2. Preheat your oven to 200°C (fan 180°C or gas mark 6). Transfer the marinated chicken into a shallow roasting tray. Roast for 35 minutes, turning the chicken occasionally, until it is tender and beautifully glazed with the marinade.
