- Thai red curry paste (1 tablespoon)
- salt (1/4 teaspoon)

- Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan) or gas mark 6. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil.
- In a bowl, combine sweet chilli sauce, the zest and juice of an orange, crushed garlic, and Thai red curry paste along with a pinch of salt. Mix well.
- Add the chicken drumsticks to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated.
- Place the drumsticks on the prepared baking tray, making sure they are spaced apart. Pour any remaining marinade over the chicken.
- Roast in the oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is tender and cooked through. Once done, you can wrap them in foil or transfer them to a food container for serving or storage.
