- Add the ingredients to the bread machine pan in the order specified by the manufacturer. Start the Dough cycle.
- As the Dough cycle nears completion, preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Once the dough is ready, transfer it to a lightly floured surface. Divide the dough into eight equal portions and shape them into balls. Cover them with a damp cloth and allow them to rest.
- Roll each ball into thin circles, approximately 8 inches in diameter.
- Place two rolled circles onto preheated baking sheets or a baking stone, cooking them until they puff up and turn golden brown, which should take about 5 minutes. Continue with the remaining dough.
