Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise (250 ml)
  • Lemon (Zest and juice of 1)
  • Cider Vinegar (2 tbsp)
  • Wholegrain Mustard (2 tbsp)
  • Celery Salt (1 tsp)
  • White Cabbage (1/4 head)
  • Red Cabbage (1/4 head)
  • Carrots (2)
  • Onion (1, diced)
  • Celery (2 stalks, sliced)

Instructions

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, the zest and juice of 1 lemon, cider vinegar, wholegrain mustard, and celery salt. Season to taste.
  2. In a large bowl, combine white cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, onion, and celery. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. This dish can be prepared up to a day in advance.
