Ingredients
- Raw King Prawns (250g)
- Brown Rice (140g)
- Frozen Peas (75g)
- Red Onions (1 sliced)
- Garlic Clove (2 sliced)
- Red Chilli (1 sliced)
- Coriander (Bunch)
- Egg (4 large)
- Soy Sauce (1 tablespoon)
- Fish Sauce (1 tablespoon)
- Vegetable Oil (2 tbsp)
- Hotsauce (To serve)

Steps
- In a wok, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat. Add 1 sliced red onion, 2 sliced garlic cloves, and 1 sliced red chilli, cooking for 2-3 minutes until golden.
- Introduce 250 grams of raw king prawns and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in 140 grams of brown rice and 75 grams of frozen peas, tossing until everything is heated through.
- Pour in 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, mixing well with the rice. Fold in a bunch of chopped coriander and keep warm while preparing the eggs.
- In a separate frying pan, heat the remaining oil and fry 4 large eggs, seasoning them to taste.
- Serve the fried rice in bowls, topped with a fried egg and additional coriander. Optionally, add hot sauce for an extra kick.
