  • Galangal (5 slices)
  • Coriander leaves (6 sprigs)
  • Makrut lime leaves (3 leaves)
  • King Prawns (6 pieces)
  • Fish Sauce (3 tablespoons)
  • Green Chilli (6 small)
  • Lime juice (4 tablespoons)
  • Water (to taste)

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring chicken stock to a boil. Add lemongrass, galangal, coriander roots, and lime leaves, then let it simmer for 2 minutes.
  2. Introduce king prawns, fish sauce, green chillies, and lime juice to the pot, bringing it back to a boil. Taste and adjust the seasoning with additional lime juice or fish sauce as needed. Finally, garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
