- King Prawns (6 pieces)

- Green Chilli (6 small)
- Lime juice (4 tablespoons)
- Water (to taste)

- In a medium saucepan, bring chicken stock to a boil. Add lemongrass, galangal, coriander roots, and lime leaves, then let it simmer for 2 minutes.
- Introduce king prawns, fish sauce, green chillies, and lime juice to the pot, bringing it back to a boil. Taste and adjust the seasoning with additional lime juice or fish sauce as needed. Finally, garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
