Steps
- Begin by caramelizing chicken in some olive oil, then add a maggi cube and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
- In a separate pot, sauté green pepper, red pepper, mushrooms, sweetcorn, and carrots until they soften.
- Once the vegetables are ready, mix in the rice, raisins, turmeric, and kabse spice. Pour in 2.5 cups of water to cook the rice.
- After the rice has cooked, combine everything in a baking dish and place it in the oven to finish cooking.
