- Add eggs one by one, ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next.
- Mix in vanilla extract and salt. Gradually add plain flour, followed by milk, to create a smooth batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pie dish.
- Bake for 35 minutes. After this, cover the pie's edge with aluminum foil to prevent burning, and return it to the oven.
- Continue baking until the center is set and the top has a crusty layer, about 15 additional minutes.
