- Beef (400g)
- Oyster Sauce (2 tbsp)
- Red Chilli (1 sliced)
- Basil Leaves (Handful)
- Vegetable Oil (2 tbsp)

- Start by heating a wok or large frying pan until it is smoking hot. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and swirl it around the pan.
- Introduce 400g of beef strips and 1 sliced red chilli to the hot oil. Stir continuously for about 3 minutes, until the beef is lightly browned.
- Pour in 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce and continue cooking until the sauce is heated through and coats the beef.
- Finally, mix in a handful of basil leaves and serve the stir-fry with plain rice.
