Ingredients

  • Vegetable Oil (1 tablespoon)
  • Broccoli (1 head)
  • Garlic Clove (4 sliced)
  • Red Chilli (1 sliced)
  • Spring Onions (1 bunch)
  • Soya Bean (140g)
  • Pak Choi (2 heads)
  • Marinated Tofu (300g)
  • Hoisin Sauce (1 ½ tablespoons)
  • Soy Sauce (1 tablespoon)
  • Cashew Nuts (25g)

Instructions

Steps

  1. In a non-stick wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add 1 head of broccoli and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, or until it becomes just tender. Add a splash of water if it starts to stick.
  3. Incorporate 4 sliced garlic cloves and 1 sliced red chilli, frying for another minute.
  4. Toss in 1 bunch of spring onions, 140g of soya beans, 2 heads of pak choi, and 300g of marinated tofu. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Finally, add 1 ½ tablespoons of hoisin sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 25g of cashew nuts. Mix well to warm everything through before serving.
